Lift HIIT is a workout combining barbell movements and HIIT training. It's sure to get your heart racing, lungs burning and muscles pumping ready to set you up for the day ahead!
Each session will begin with barbell skills so that you become technically proficient with weight and develop your ability to lift safely and efficiently. Then we finish with HIIT work using barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and more to give you the best possible workout to get the day going!
