Kids lifting is a class to encourage our next wave of competitive lifters and to dispell the myth that lifting weights is bad for juniors (It's not!)
Under the watchful eyes of our British Weightlifting licensed coaches, your children will learn to lift weights safely and in a controlled environment.
The lifting class includes Power lifting (Squat, bench press, deadlift) and Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk)
